Ordering & payment

Choose your piece and grade, then send your bag to us on WhatsApp. We confirm the final specification, availability and total price with you personally before payment — the price confirmed in that conversation is the price you pay.

• Payment by PayPal (invoice, card accepted), Western Union or bank transfer.
• PayPal payments carry a 4.5% payment fee, charged only on the amount actually paid via PayPal — anything covered by your balance, referral credit or points is never charged. Bank transfer and Western Union carry no payment fee. The fee appears as its own line at checkout before you place your order, and it does not count towards points, tier spend or referral rewards.
• Prices include standard shipping unless confirmed otherwise.
• Displayed prices in USD or EUR are converted from GBP at the day's rate and are confirmed in GBP or the agreed currency before payment.

Deposits for made-to-order pieces

Shipping & delivery

• After payment, we send you quality-control photos and a video of your actual piece within 24–48 hours. It is dispatched only after you approve them.
• Delivery is tracked at every step. Typical timeframe to the UK is 10–14 days, with Royal Mail on the final leg; US and EU timeframes are confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.
• You receive tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.

Returns

You may cancel and return your piece within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange the return; refunds are made to the original payment method once the piece is received and checked.

Warranty

Timepieces carry a 12-month limited warranty covering movement faults. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated resistance, or wear and tear. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange inspection and repair.

Membership, points, referral & balance

Your membership tier discount, one coupon code, points and balances can all combine on the same order — checkout shows each step separately, so you can see exactly how your total is built.

Points: you earn 1 point per £1 on the amounts you pay by card or PayPal, with referral credit, or from your topped-up balance. Amounts covered by points, bonus credit, discounts, delivery charges or payment fees do not earn points. Points are credited when your order is delivered and become spendable 15 days after the delivery date. 100 points = £1, and points can cover up to 10% of the amount after any coupon.

Referrals: when a member you referred places an order, you earn 5% of what they pay on the same counted basis, usable 15 days after their delivery. Referral credit can be spent on any order — at checkout it is applied first, automatically, with no cap — or withdrawn once it reaches £100 — withdrawals are paid by bank transfer, and any transfer fee is deducted at cost. Referral rewards are for genuinely new customers: referring yourself, or orders that share your address or payment account, does not earn rewards.

Balance: you can top up through customer service. Topped-up balance is your money and counts like cash when you spend it. Bonus credit is promotional: it can only be spent, never withdrawn, and withdrawing your topped-up balance reclaims any bonus still in the account. If an order is refunded, payments are returned the way they were made — referral credit returns to your referral account, the bonus part returns as bonus credit and the rest as your money — and the points, rewards and tier spend the order generated are taken back.

Achen Brand pieces are offered in clearly described material grades (Standard, Replica and Custom). Each product page states the materials and configuration of every grade, and the exact specification of your piece is confirmed with photos and video before dispatch. Membership points and referral rewards follow the rules shown on the membership page.
